2025 will see the One Act plays return bigger and brighter than before as we take them further afield.
We are looking for budding playwrights who might have a 20 to 40 minute play tucked away and would like to see it brought to life. If this is you please send a copy of the script to David Cubley, via bairnsdaleproductionline@gmail.com Note: selection is not guaranteed.
We are also hoping to find some new directors and any young budding directors so likewise, if you would like to get involved as a director, please send your name with a few details and experience to David via bairnsdaleproductionline@gmail.com
Experience is not essential. If you are unsure of anything there will be lots of help available.
We hope to have three plays performed together, on dates to be decided, and we would like to enter them into a few One Act play festivals.
This is the first step of a work in progress that will be exciting to pursue. The beauty of a one act plays is that with the small cast, short running time and minimal set, they can be flexible so therefore no need to commit to months of rehearsals. If this is you, a budding writer or director, please get in touch.
